News from Billing and its New Registration Department!
Bergen Medical Associates has expanded the billing department. We have built up a robust registration team. Michelle Pacheco leads a brand new well trained staff of
5, Matthew, Eileen, Jamika, Richard, and Geraldine. The goals of this team are simple. Patient satisfaction, accuracy of information, and efficiency. By obtaining accurate demographics and insurance information from patients before they come in for their visit, it minimizes time spent in the waiting room filling out forms. Front desk staff can concentrate on obtaining insurance cards for scanning and assuring pre-populated forms are signed by patients.
The team resides in our old Park Ridge office where they share space with Marie and Valerie who answer our billing calls.
