Meeting and Exceeding our Patients Expectations

We have implemented a patient satisfaction program to enhance the patient experience here at BMA.  We want our kindness, receptiveness, helpfulness and smiles, to be the forefront of our patient experience. Our goal is to continue to make BMA’s point of differentiation our staff. Simple elements of the program from wearing name badges, introducing yourself, asking how you can help, using a patients name, making eye contact and being sincere – are just a few of the basics of what is sure to be a positive experience for all. The program has been initiated in most departments in our Emerson office and will be rolled out to all other locations soon! Look out for smiles – from both our staff and patients!
