Welcome Nedelina Biokua, MSN, APN
Bergen Medical Associates is pleased to welcome Nedelina Biokua, MSN, APN, a skilled hospitalist, to our practice. She joins our dedicated hospitalist team, delivering attentive and coordinated care to patients during hospitalization.
Nedelina earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University, specializing as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She began her nursing career as a Registered Nurse in 2013 and later completed her BSN in 2020, followed by her MSN. Nedelina brings nearly a decade of critical care experience to her role as a hospitalist, having worked extensively in emergency medicine, intensive care, and rapid response. She served on the front lines during the COVID-19 pandemic, caring for critically ill patients in high-acuity settings. In addition to her clinical expertise, she has held leadership roles in nursing administration, most recently as a Nursing Supervisor at the Hospital for Special Surgery, while continuing to practice as a critical care nurse. Fluent in Bulgarian, Serbian, and Spanish, Nedelina is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and fostering collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.
