These fees are within the range considered usual and customary for this geographic area. Payment in full is expected at the time of your procedure for private insurance plans that are out of network. You will be responsible for any co-insurance or copayments applicable per your plan.<\/li> <li>There is a facility charge if your procedure is performed at the Bergen Gastroenterology Surgical Suite in our Emerson Office.
